Step 2: Make the cinnamon swirls

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry

How To:

  1. Firstly, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Then, roll out the ready made puff pastry on a flat surface.
  3. Next, spread the cinnamon filling evenly on the pastry ensuring approximately 1cm is left free at each edge.
  4. Then, roll the pasty from the horizontal side pressing lightly at each roll.
  5. Next, cut the pastry into approximately  2cm blocks using a sharp knife.
